New lecture on family procedural law by our new lecturer Dagmar Zorn
For the winter semester 2023/24, Dipl.-Rpfl. Dagmar Zorn, a proven practitioner, could be won as a lecturer for family law. In her lecture, Ms. Zorn will focus on family procedural law with inheritance law. The lecture follows on from the lectures in family and inheritance law and goes into greater depth on the important procedural principles. Differences to civil proceedings are elaborated and, in addition to the special features of individual family court disputes (divorce proceedings, parentage, custody, contact and maintenance proceedings), the basic features of the inheritance certificate proceedings are also elaborated on the basis of practically relevant cases. It is primarily aimed at students in the main focus (focus 3), but is also ideally suited for exam preparation and for preparing for the family and inheritance law courses as part of the exam course. Dipl.-Rpfl.
